The Vision:

Syrian Air represents more than just travel; it represents a nation's history and its connection to the world. The goal of this rebrand was to modernize the airline's visual language while deeply honoring its heritage. We aimed to move away from dated aesthetics to create a look that is aerodynamic, professional, and emotionally resonant.

The Concept: The Phoenix & The 'Seen'

At the heart of the new identity is a dual-meaning symbol. We ingeniously combined the Arabic letter 'Seen' (س)—the first letter of Syria—with the silhouette of the Phoenix (Al-Finiq). The design was refined to give the bird a visible 'eye,' transforming it from a static logo into a living character with a soul, embodying the enduring spirit of Syrian aviation.

The Visual Language:

We updated the color palette to reflect the clarity and beauty of the region. The primary blue was shifted to a specific modern shade (#0071AA) combined with pure white (#FFFFFF) to represent the 'Clear Syrian Sky.' This is paired with the Abd Elrady Pro typeface, chosen for its simplicity and visual comfort, ensuring the brand feels accessible yet strictly professional across all touchpoints, from liveries to flight attendant uniforms.

Summary:

This project reimagines the Syrian Air identity, balancing heritage with modernity. By refining the iconic Phoenix and integrating it with the letter 'S' (Seen), the design creates a dynamic symbol of flight. The visual system extends into professional uniforms and a refreshed color palette representing the clear Syrian skies.
